The kt444 Platform is available exclusively to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. kt444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If kt444 determines that a Player is or was under the minimum age at any point during their use of the Platform, kt444 will immediately close that account, void all transactions conducted during the period of underage use, and forfeit any funds held therein.

The kt444 Platform is operated with Bangladesh players as its primary intended market. It is each individual player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the kt444 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which they are located. kt444 makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from restricted territories do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

By using the kt444 Platform, you represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. kt444 does not accept registrations from persons acting under legal incapacity, guardianship orders, or in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) kt444 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. kt444 uses technological and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts in the duplicate set will be closed, all bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided, and any net winnings generated through bonus play may be forfeited at kt444's sole discretion.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your kt444 account. This includes your legal name, Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. You are required to update your account information promptly if any of it changes. kt444 is entitled to suspend or permanently close accounts where false or misleading registration information is discovered, and may require documentary verification of any detail at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations.

You may request to close your kt444 account at any time by contacting kt444 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Accounts subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may require completion of the rollover before withdrawal eligibility is confirmed, unless the closure is requested as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming intervention.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the account or to verified accounts held in the Player's own name. kt444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Players may be required to complete full KYC verification (including providing a copy of a national identity document) before withdrawals above specified limits are processed.

kt444 aims to process approved deposits within 60 seconds and approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes of verification confirmation during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high system load, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. kt444 does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control, including delays caused by third-party payment processors.

The primary operating currency on kt444 is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT unless otherwise expressly stated. Where a game or promotion displays amounts in a foreign currency, the applicable BDT conversion rate used by kt444 at the time of the transaction will govern. kt444 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT-denominated transactions.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by kt444 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any associated bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. If cheating is confirmed, the Player's account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and funds may be seized in their entirety.

The use of kt444 for the purpose of money laundering, or any other activity designed to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence. kt444 is legally obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities and will do so without advance notice to the account holder. Players found to have used kt444 for money laundering purposes will have their accounts permanently closed, all funds held or previously paid out will be subject to recovery, and kt444 will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Players must treat kt444 customer support staff, live dealer personnel, and other players with respect at all times. Harassment, threats, abusive language, discriminatory conduct, or any behaviour that creates a hostile environment for kt444 staff or other users is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

kt444 provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within your account settings at any time. However, kt444 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. kt444 may suspend access to the Platform or individual features thereof for scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory compliance requirements. kt444 will not be liable for any loss, including loss of winnings, resulting from Platform unavailability, provided that kt444 takes reasonable steps to restore service and inform users of planned outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kt444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. kt444's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kt444 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

kt444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, or for any other reason at kt444's sole discretion. Where termination is not due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where termination is due to Player breach, kt444 may withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with the specific breach provisions set out in these Terms.

These Terms and your use of the kt444 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which kt444 operates its online gaming activities. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an admission by kt444 that online gaming is lawful in any specific jurisdiction, and Players are independently responsible for assessing the legality of online gaming in their own location.

In the event of a dispute between you and kt444 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact kt444 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms. kt444's decision on game outcomes and system-generated results is final and binding in all cases where the underlying game software has operated correctly.
